Terms Of Service

These terms of services are to be taken seriously, failure to do so will result in you being permeant blacklisted and banned.

Payment:

All prices shown are set in USD, I do not accept cryptocurrency in any capacity.

All payments are to be made through PayPal. You will receive an invoice, therefore you must be willing to provide me with your paypal address

Payment must be payed within 24 hours unless extension was given.

Commission Details:

I will post any commissions and art trades to my socials. Posting your commission or art trade to other socials with credit is allowed.

Linking back to the original post is preferred.

Do not edit, trace, copy, heavily reference my art for any reason without receiving permission. Do not post non-commission art without my permission.

Commercial usage must be discussed beforehand, any use of my work commercially without permission will be taken down.

All edits must be done during the sketch phase of a commission, being as specific as possible in the original idea phase will help making the sketch phase shorter and quicker.

Any edits past the sketch phase will incite a $5 fee per edit.

Unwatermarked art will not be posted publicly or given out. All art, even transparent art, will have my watermark.

Terms may change, please be sure to read them every time to be kept up to date.

What I can draw:

Monster / Humanoid / Human characters

Animal characters | Anthro / Feral |

NSFW | Must be an adult |

Backgrounds | Must be discussed for complexity |

Complex characters | Must be discussed |

What I will not draw:

Any kind of hateful content.

Scat / Watersports

Reasons I might refund/refuse a commission or trade:
Cannot draw the character.
Cannot finish the commission/trade within time frame.
